Usage ASIDA-JK3200 Inspection Hole Machine is used to inspect completed PCBs for drill-hole defects. The number and quality of drilled holes is checked and the board is assigned to be either OK or NG, the resulting PCBs are sorted accordingly. Characteristics User friendly interface, no special training required. Long bar LED light source. Detection speed can reach up to 12.5m/min. 30 degree angle detection range, inputted boards can be off centre by up to 30 degrees. Capable of checking two boards simultaneously.
