Atotech offers wet chemical desmear systems for every application. Our environmentally friendly system for permanganate regeneration greatly prolongs the bath life while limiting chemistry consumption and reducing production costs. The Atotech Securiganth family of smear removal products encompasses universal products for HDI, MLB, Flex-Rigid as well as specialized products for IC Substrate production. These are available for both vertical and horizontal application.
