These are permanent hole plugging ink which provide plugging through holes and laser BVHs on printed circuit boards (package substrates for MPU, high-frequency module printed board, base station printed boards for telecommunication and printed boards for digital products) in which high density and highly reliable performances are required, and plating their surfaces again so that these printed boards can be as if ones without any through hole.
