The exclusive high-performance laser resonator for Mitsubishi’s PCB processing machine has been developed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric since its conception. The unique three -axis cross flow resonator can produce a high peak short pulse laser suitable for processing PCB. Even when high frequencies are used (3000Hz or above), the energy of its high peak will not decrease; moreover, stable processing with high productivity can be achieved. As for the GTF series, due to this machines exclusive beam separation technique, high-speed and high stability processing can be accomplished (there are four beams in the machine which are simultaneously used for processing). The high productivity (4500 holes/per second) of this machine also shows its strength in the field of high density holes flip-chip processing. This machine meets the continuing trends of laser micro hole processing. In addition, the fθ lens, which is developed and manufactured for this machine by Mitsubishi Electric, has extraordinary optical rotation. In order to substantiate the effectiveness of this machines processing, we welcome you to provide panels for test processing.
