Characteristic

 

The exclusive high-performance laser resonator for Mitsubishi’s PCB processing machine has been developed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric since its conception. The unique three -axis cross flow resonator can produce a high peak short pulse laser suitable for processing PCB. Even when high frequencies are used (3000Hz or above), the energy of its high peak will not decrease; moreover, stable processing with high productivity can be achieved. Copper direct processing has already entered the mainstream for PCB processing. The unique high peak short pulse characteristic of Mitsubishi lasers shows its strength in processing copper, glass fiber, and resin (the characteristics of these materials are completely different). In addition to processing copper which has been treated with blackor brown oxidation, mass production can be carried out by this machine effectively. Customers who use this machine for DLD processing, have highly praised its records of high productivity.
