Some of the negative effects of overheating on a PCB include circuit breakage, zero component oxidation, and material expansion rate incompatibility. These effects can lead to a degradation in the performance of the PCB. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the heat dissipation treatment of the circuit board.
-Graphite Copper Foil Radiator Film is a composite material with both heat dissipation and temperature uniformity effects.
-Ultra-thin (< 0.1mm ) and light weight, suitable for fanless or non-ventilated environments.
-Depending on the area of use and the thickness of the copper foil, the cooling effect of the whole machine can reach 4~11 degrees C
-Thermal Conductivity (XY axis):1200w/mk.
-Thermal Conductivity (Z axis):320w/mk.
-The graphite powder is not falling off.
-The copper foil is sputtered with a layer of nano-grade graphite by the Roll-to- Roll sputtering process, without colloidal interference in the middle, and the temperature uniformity effect is better than artificial graphite.
