The production line is mainly composed of the following equipment: automatic plugging via machine, coating machine, A side solder resist screen printing machine, position turnover machine, B side solder resist screen printing machine, and side holding tunnel baking oven.We solved the problem of PCB plug via difficulty by adding silk screen squeegee pressure device,And through CCD alignment system, the accuracy of plug via and solder resistance position is increased.The operation of the automatic production line increases the capacity (6 panels per minute), reduces the manpower (only 2 people are needed for the whole production line), and reduces the energy consumption (only one baking process is needed)
