Characteristic

 

SCM-D/SCM-T Our multi-set cleaning machines where SCM-D is double set and SCM-T is triple set, 1 set includes 4 rubber rollers on the top and bottom with one adhesive roller each. The amount of set needed can be designed according to the customers. By installing a conveyor enables the machine to do stand-alone operation, it can also be installed in the production line with PLC in order to connect the machines back and forth. The anti-static bars in the front and back exits can reduce the amount of particles due to static electricity after cleaning which cause secondary pollution. Adhesive rollers and rubber rollers are designed independently facilitating the user to replace and clean without stopping the production line. Despite the anti-static bars in the front and back exits, we can also install it between each set to enhance the effect.
