● Magnetic Gear adopted on the driving part. It can shut out particles of dust from gear unit completely. high precision PCBs are supported as well by such machine mounted magnetic drive. ● High Maintainability. High maintenance performance is brought out by assembling all maintenance area on the top of the machine. Primary regulator can be checked any time because it located under operation side. ● Drawers for adhesive tape roll unit and Clean roll unit are equipped. It makes easy to cut tapes and to change. ● 50um available thickness for cleaning. New clean roll can clean thin object also without additional mechanism keeping from rolled-in error.
