It can shut out particles of dust from gear unit completely. high precision PCBs are supported as well by such machine mounted magnetic drive. ● High Maintainability. Electric switchboard and air supply unit are assembled in the bottom of the base. It can make centralized maintenance on the operation side. ● Adhesive tape roll unit and Clean roll unit can be drawn. Clean rolls can be replaced easily in drawn position. ● Centered touch panel can manage all operation on it.
