Lucky Draw Notice
1. Eligibility
■Only participants wearing TPCA Show & IMPACT badges registered under their own names are eligible.■Organizers and staff are not allowed to join.■Anyone using another person’s badge or providing false information will be disqualified.
2. Time Rules
■The lucky draw starts at 14:10. Late entries will not be accepted.■Each person (badge) can receive only one ticket. Duplicate entries will be void.
3. On-site Participation
■The draw requires the participant to be present in person.■If a winner is not present after being called three times, the prize will go to another participant.■The organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and attendance.
4. Verification
■Winners must show the claim stub when going on stage. Lost stubs cannot be replaced.■Incomplete information or missing ID will result in disqualification.■Winners who refuse photo or video confirmation will be considered to have forfeited their prize.
5. Prizes
■Prizes are as displayed, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.■Any warranty or repair issues should follow the original manufacturer’s policy.
6. Other Terms
■The organizer may change, pause, or cancel the event if needed.■In case of disputes, the organizer’s decision is final.
■By joining the event, participants agree that their names and photos may be used for event announcements and records.
■Winners must provide complete contact information within the required time; incomplete or late submissions will be forfeited.■According to Taiwan tax law, prizes worth over NT$20,000 are subject to 10% tax (20% for foreigners).
