GHz composites Material Co., LTD. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiwan TOP BRIGHT Group (8499). It was established in 2021 and focuses on the application of vacuum sputtering technologies such as high-frequency and high-speed copper foil and COF-level 2L FCCL. The technical team has more than 10 years of experience in vacuum sputtering technology and experience, with equipment design and system integration capabilities.
At present, the company has used this technology to develop various types of EMI, shielding materials, heat dissipation materials and extremely thin copper foil materials. The products are widely used in electromagnetic shielding, thermal interface management, high-end circuit boards and battery current collectors, etc.
