HS Deburrer further developed from the conventional machine ensures much better stability in conveyance of ultra-thin panels of 84μ during the deburring process. A new function of micro-pressure deburring for ultra-thin panels is provided to improve the product quality, and the heavy deburring for normal panels can also be performed stably. It has been upgraded after full review of facilitation of brush replacement, improvement of maintainability, and so on. Conveyance system is selectable for the fixed type backup rollers for thin panels or the movable type backup rollers for thin and thick panels.
