The PW-Series is specialized for routing aluminum substrate. With 200 pieces of tool magazine, this saves tool setup time. Stainless reusable filter system cut the cost of filter tremendously. Patented water jet pressure foot can suppress the work piece and provide the fluid to cool down tool and bring chip out quickly. This makes machining quality excellent. Separate pipes for dry and water jet pressure foot allow user use this machine at dry mode(Routing normal PCB) or wet mode(PCB with aluminum substrate). This will allow the customer arrange their production line flexibly.
