MDI (Micromirror Direct Imaging) equipment, high-precision mechanism design plus general-purpose, modular photo head technology, suitable for high-precision direct imaging production on dry film, wet film and solder mask ink. Stages of expansion of the photo head provides the productivity expandability. The complete photo head products for different resolution requirements in production. The finelines series is ready for imaging requirement of L/S 10 microns (or below). All series can be equipped with automation function.
