Ultra-thin direct drive motor was developed by HIWIN MIKROSYSTEM won the 2022 Taiwan Excellence-Gold Award. Combining three key technologies: motor, encoder, bearing, and matching high-performance E1 series drives and high-end motion controllers, it provides a variety of Key components for flexible manufacturing, smart manufacturing, and industrial transformation. Features: Lightweight (width 22~30 mm): This lowers the center of gravity of equipment to facilitate the stability of operation and to increase the production rate. Large hollow (O140~340 mm): This allows various objects to shuttle freely in the center to realize simplified installation and to reduce the size of equipment. Durable: Directly driven by the motor can avoid mechanical abrasion and greatly increase the service life of equipment. Clean: Without extra mechanical structure, it can avoid wear and dust, reduce dust and pollution, and make users easily perform care and maintenance.
