Characteristic

1. No exhaust chimney: negative-pressure closed circulation system which avoids VOC and odor escape. 2. The design of multiple-group compressors provides flexible operation – the number of compressors can be adjusted according to the demand of sludge dryness, which can effectively save energy. The average power consumption is only 0.4~0.7 kWh/kg of water removed. 3. High-efficiency patented carrier plate to ensure drying uniformity and performance - each conveying loop can carry sludge on both top and bottom sides, which doubles the water vaporization rate and effectively reduces sludge weight. 4. The waste heat released from the compressor is removed by the water-cooling heat exchanger – creating a comfortable working environment at the same time reducing the heat load of the air conditioning system. 5. Fully automatic continuous operation saves labor costs.
