Characteristic

1. Secondary pressurization procedure of the air diaphragm: the inflatable diaphragm further reduces the moisture content by reversely compressing the dry filter cake; Diaphragm protection: automatically detects the residual pressure of the air in the diaphragm to avoid the instant explosion or jumping off when exiting the plates. 2. Machine body: the head end, fixed end, raveling end, and side bar are all made of solid steel plate, combined using mortise joint, and fastened by high-tension bolts. 3. Rubber plates (SRRM): the internal part of SRRM are made of heavy-duty steel plates and covered by molding rubber on the surface. Polypropylene plates were made by Integral forming under high temperature and high pressure, creating multiple functions like internal and external drainage. All plates were designed for high-temperature deformation, with reinforcement stay bosses design concept to ensure leak-free of the whole operational process, deformation free, and acid/alkaline-proof operation. 4. Filter cloth: double-face fixed panoply with pins, which are made of PP or PA (nylon) material to ensure the cakes drop off easily.
